RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Drionadream is happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@drionadream.com to confirm eligibility before sending your item back.

If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, items must be shipped back within 14 days using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

All returns must include original tags and packaging.

Items should be returned in the original packaging or in a secure outer box to ensure safe delivery.

EDITORIAL USE & LOAN POLICY

Drionadream does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased and used for editorial, press, or styling purposes. Any item that has been worn, handled, or used in photoshoots or similar projects will be considered used and therefore non-returnable.

For editorial collaborations or press loans, please contact us in advance at info@drionadream.com to arrange a formal loan request.

Please note that all purchases made through our website are intended for personal use and will only be eligible for return if items remain completely unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
